German & Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor Location: Ghent, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid

Key Information Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts (7h30 per shift, including a 30-minute break) Relocation support provided Initial contract structure: 1–3–6 months First month of training fully on-site, then hybrid (1 remote day per week)

About the Position We are looking for German and Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to join a multilingual support team based in Ghent. In this hybrid role, you will provide essential assistance to customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience across various communication channels.

Additional Information Relocation support includes 1 month of accommodation for candidates relocating from outside Belgium Candidates must confirm acceptance of the initial 1–3–6 month contract structure Video interview required, with proof of completion Reference letter and cover letter must be submitted
