The posting

If you speak German and enjoy helping people solve tech issues without turning it into a drama, this role might be exactly your vibe. You'll join a friendly team in the Piraeus area of Athens, supporting users of a globally recognized tech brand. Think mobile devices, computers, accounts — real problems, real solutions, and lots of learning.

What you'll do

Handle inbound calls from users needing help with their devices or accounts

Diagnose issues and guide customers through clear, simple steps

Use internal tools to resolve cases efficiently

Keep interactions professional, calm and empathetic

Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and maintain high service standards

What we're looking for

Native or C1 German

Solid English (B2) for training and internal communication

Previous technical support experience is a big plus

Strong PC skills and familiarity with MS Office

Good typing speed and accuracy

Bonus if you know MacOS or iOS

Excellent written communication for channel support roles
