Over de functie

Voor ons internationale team in Sofia zijn wij op zoek naar een Sales Support Specialist (m/v/x) met uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. In deze rol ondersteun je het salesmanagement en zorg je voor nauwkeurige processen rondom omzet, forecasting en facturatie.

Werken in Bulgarije betekent niet alleen professionele groei, maar ook een hoge levenskwaliteit. Het land staat bekend om zijn prachtige natuur, zonnige klimaat en adembenemende stranden aan de Zwarte Zee, ideaal voor een gezonde werk-privébalans.

Wat ga je doen

  • Voorbereiden en valideren van Revenue Recognition-gegevens voor goedkeuring door klanten
  • Samenwerken met interne Operations-teams om correcte categorisatie van omzet te garanderen
  • Monitoren van omzet (actueel en geplande facturatie), status van quoting tools en salespipeline om hiaten of duplicaties te identificeren
  • Ondersteunen van Sales Management met nauwkeurige en betrouwbare forecasts
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse en wekelijkse pipeline hygiene checks en opvolgen van ontbrekende actieplannen of verlopen kansen
  • Onderzoeken en afstemmen van facturatie- en billingproblemen, inclusief geschillen en credits, in samenwerking met Finance en Operations
  • Ondersteunen van forecastprocessen door deelname aan closing calls en het volgen van dealprogressie
  • Beheren van support tickets met betrekking tot pricing, tools, quotes en billing-escalaties
  • Proactief opvolgen van deals en afstemmen met Quoting-teams en management
  • Opstellen en delen van rapportages over CRM-hygiëne en billing readiness

Wat breng jij mee

  • Sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Ervaring in sales support, revenue operations of een vergelijkbare rol
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands op professioneel niveau
  • Goede kennis van Engels voor internationale samenwerking
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen, forecasting en sales tools
  • Proactieve werkhouding en oog voor detail
