Standort: Malta (nur lokale Kandidat*innen)

Arbeitsmodell: On‑Site

Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag, zwischen 09:00 und 18:30, 8‑Stunden‑Schichten

Über die Rolle

Wir suchen deutschsprachige Contact Centre Agents, die bereits in Malta leben und Lust auf eine dynamische Tätigkeit im Kundenservice haben. Die Position eignet sich ideal für alle, die ein Sommer‑Job‑Feeling suchen, gerne in einem internationalen Umfeld arbeiten und Freude am täglichen Kundenkontakt haben.

Ihre Aufgaben

Betreuung von Kund*innen per Telefon, E‑Mail und Chat

Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Anfragen und Problemlösungen

Sicherstellung eines professionellen und freundlichen Service

Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Optimierung des Kundenerlebnisses

Anforderungen

Deutsch C2 und Englisch C1

Bereits in Malta wohnhaft (Pflicht)

Kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und zuverlässig

Bereitschaft, in einem strukturierten Schichtsystem zu arbeiten

Vergütung

Call Centre (CCA) Rates:

Monat 1: €5.60 pro Stunde

Monat 2: €8.10 pro Stunde

Nach der Probezeit: €8.50 pro Stunde

Nach 12 Monaten: €8.75 pro Stunde (leistungsabhängig)

Nach 18 Monaten: €9.20 pro Stunde (leistungsabhängig)

Zusätzliche Vorteile

Performance Bonus: €2.000 pro Jahr (quartalsweise, nach 6 Monaten Probezeit)

Sprachzulage: €250 pro Monat (nach Abschluss der Trainingsphase)

Relocation Allowance: €2.000 (nur für Kandidat*innen, die bereits in Malta sind und nach 1 Monat Beschäftigung anspruchsberechtigt werden)
