Als Senior Berater (m/w/d) für Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) berätst Du Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Technologiebranchen bei der Einführung und Anwendung von MBSE. Du begleitest anspruchsvolle Projekte von der Analyse und Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung, entwickelst passende Methoden und Lösungen und übernimmst zunehmend fachliche sowie projektbezogene Verantwortung.

Dein Aufgabenfeld

  • Beratungstätigkeiten von Kunden aus allen Technologiebranchen wie Automobilindustrie, Luftfahrt, Medizintechnik, Haushaltsgeräte oder Maschinen- und Anlagenbau im Kontext Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE)Analyse und Spezifikation von Entwicklungsprozessen, Methoden und Werkzeugen
  • Ableitung von Optimierungspotentialen und Handlungsempfehlungen für den effizienten und integrativen Einsatz von MBSE in der Produktentwicklung
  • Befähigung der Kunden für den Einsatz von MBSE durch Schulungen und Coachings
  • Begleitung von (Pilot-)Projekten bei der Anwendung von Methoden und Werkzeugen des Systems Engineering wie Anforderungsentwicklung & Management, Systemarchitekturentwicklung, Systemanalyse und Design sowie Systemintegration, Verifikation und Validierung
  • Qualitätssicherung und Terminverfolgung sowie Abstimmungen mit Kunden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Forschungs- und Technologietransferprojekten
  • Strategische Beratung der Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Einführung und Ausrollung von MBSE
  • (Teil-)Projektplanung sowie -leitung sowie fachliche Führung von Projektteams
  • Marketing- und Vertriebsunterstützung

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Systems Engineering, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Luft-/Raumfahrtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektronik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung
  • Prozesskenntnisse im Bereich Mechatronik oder Systems Engineering
  • (Erste) Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Methoden und Werkzeugen zur Systemmodellierung (z.B. RFLP oder FAS auf Basis von SysML) sowie Konstruktion und Entwicklung (CAD, CAE)
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift, sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Organisationsgeschick, Integrationsfähigkeit und Repräsentationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Mobilität
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit IT-Werkzeugen für Anforderungsentwicklung, Systemmodellierung und -Simulation (z.B. DOORS, RV&S, Codebeamer, Rhapsody, Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect, Matlab/Simulink, Dymola)
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Moderationsfähigkeit mit Potential zum Schulen und Führen
