Als Senior Berater (m/w/d) für Model-based Definition (MBD) berätst Du unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von MBD und ISO GPS. Du begleitest anspruchsvolle Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung, entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen und übernimmst dabei fachliche sowie projektbezogene Verantwortung.

Dein Aufgabenfeld

  • Fachliche Beratungstätigkeit zum Thema Model-based Definition (MBD) und zur Geometrischen Produktspezifikation (GPS) für KundenAnalyse, Modellierung und Visualisierung von Entwicklungsprozessen, Informationsbedarfen und Tools Identifikation von Optimierungspotentialen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für den Einsatz von MBD und ISO GPS Entwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Demonstratoren für MBD Befähigung der Projektbeteiligten für den effizienten Einsatz von MBD und ISO GPS durch Schulung und Coaching
  • Strategische Beratung der Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung der Einführung und Skalierung von MBD
  • Entwicklung
  • Begleitung von Projekten zur Einführung und Pilotierung von MBD
  • Qualitätssicherung und Terminverfolgung sowie Abstimmung mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in übergreifenden Gremien und Standardisierungsprojekten
  • (Teil-)Projektplanung sowie -leitung und fachliche Führung von Projektteams
  • Marketing- und Vertriebsunterstützung

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
  • Umfassende Kenntnis des Produktentstehungsprozesses mit seinen Beteiligten und Teilschritten, idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in Folgeprozessen wie beispielsweise Prozessplanung, Prüfplanung, Messtechnik, Arbeitsvorbereitung etc.
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit mindestens einem CAD-System (CATIA, NX, Creo) und den Neutralformaten STEP und JT
  • Praktische Expertise in der Prozess- und Datenmodellierung (z.B. IDEF0/SADT, BPMN, UML) sowie sicherer Umgang mit strukturierten Daten (z.B. XML, JSON, YAML)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Form- und Lagetolerierung (ISO GPS)
  • Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift, sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Organisationsgeschick, Integrationsfähigkeit und Repräsentationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Mobilität
