Als Senior CAD/PDM Consultant (m/w/d) berätst Du unsere Kunden bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung ihrer Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsprozesse. Du begleitest CAD-Systemumstellungen sowie PDM-/PLM-Projekte und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden zukunftsfähige Prozesse, Methoden und Standards für die digitale Produktentwicklung.

Dein Aufgabenfeld

  • Beratung von Kunden bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsprozessen
  • Planung und Durchführung von CAD-Systemumstellungen, insbesondere in Richtung Siemens NX
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung, Migration und Weiterentwicklung von PDM/PLM-Systemen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Engineering-Prozessen entlang der gesamten Produktentstehung
  • Entwicklung von Methoden, Standards und Best Practices in der Konstruktion
  • Begleitung von Transformations- und Change-Prozessen in technischen Organisationen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Expertenkenntnisse in Siemens NX, inkl. Methodenkompetenz, Customizing und Template-Technologien
  • Erfahrung mit NX in Verbindung mit PDM-Systemen (z. B. Teamcenter)
  • Erfahrung mit CAD-Systemumstellungen und MultiCAD-Umgebungen (z. B. CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor)
  • Kenntnisse in der Einführung und Nutzung von PDM/PLM-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Projektmanagementkompetenz
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
