Die :em engineering methods AG entwickelt innovative Methoden und Softwarelösungen für das Engineering & Manufacturing und verfügt als Integrator von IT-Systemen über ein umfassendes branchenübergreifendes Portfolio für Industrieunternehmen. Getreu der Vision „Wir liefern die digitale Zukunft für das Engineering & Manufacturing.“ unterstützt die :em AG mit ihren Dienst­leistungen und Software-Applikationen die konkrete Umsetzung der Digitalen Transformation bei ihren Kunden. Dazu entwerfen die Mitarbeiter*Innen Digitalisierungs­strategien und Roadmaps und helfen bei der Realisierung einer modellbasierten, digitalen Entwicklung und Fertigung.

Dein Aufgabenfeld

  • Fachliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungs- und Leistungsportfolios rund um Model-Based Definition (MBD), 3D-Master und Digital Thread
  • Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung modellbasierter und durchgängiger Engineering-Prozesse
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen, Informationsflüssen und Toolketten
  • Entwicklung von Methoden und Lösungen für modellbasierte Produktdefinitionen sowie den system- und unternehmensübergreifenden Austausch von Engineering-Daten
  • Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Kundenprojekte sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden und Projektpartner
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen Fragestellungen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Beratungs- und Projektqualität
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Koordination von Ressourcen, Kompetenzen und Auslastung innerhalb des Teams
  • Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Marketing bei der Weiterentwicklung des Themenfeldes sowie bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Projekte
  • Repräsentation des Themenfeldes gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und auf Fachveranstaltungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Digital Engineering bzw. Produktentstehungsprozess
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Model-Based Definition, Model-Based Engineering und Digital Thread
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Produktentwicklungsprozessen sowie angrenzenden Engineering- und Fertigungsprozessen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem CAD-System (z.B. CATIA, NX oder Creo) sowie im Umgang mit Neutralformaten (z.B. STEP oder JT) und Standards
  • Erfahrung mit 3D-Master-Konzepten, Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) und digitalen Datenaustauschprozessen
  • Kenntnisse in Prozess- und Informationsmodellierung sowie im Umgang mit strukturierten Daten
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Steuerung komplexer Kundenprojekte
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Flexibilität und Mobilität
