Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Infraestructura y Obras para incorporarse a la Gerencia de Operaciones de Asociacion vecinal Nordelta.

La posición tendrá como objetivo principal gestionar, coordinar y controlar obras de infraestructura urbana en los espacios comunes de Nordelta, asegurando estándares de calidad, cumplimiento de plazos y alcance de los proyectos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y realizar el seguimiento de obras de infraestructura.
  • Supervisar técnicamente obras de pavimentación, repavimentación, bacheo, veredas, cordones, estacionamientos y obras pluviales.
  • Realizar relevamientos y proponer soluciones técnicas.
  • Controlar calidad, materiales, procedimientos y ejecución de trabajos.
  • Seguimiento de contratistas, avances, cronogramas y certificaciones.
  • Participar en la elaboración de pliegos, especificaciones técnicas y comparativas de propuestas.
  • Identificar necesidades de mantenimiento, reparación y renovación de infraestructura.
  • Participar en la planificación de presupuestos e inversiones.
  • Automatizacion de procesos, definicion de los mismos.
  • Documentacion de observaciones
  • Propuestas de mejora y eficiencia
  • Coordinacion tecnica de todos los procesos sujetos a infraestructura de la ciudad y obras
  • Detectar desvíos, deficiencias constructivas o situaciones que puedan afectar la calidad y durabilidad de las obras.
  • Elaborar propuestas de intervención y prioridades de ejecución.
  • Participar en la preparación de presupuestos anuales y planes de inversión en infraestructura.

Es una posición con proyección de crecimiento , con el desafío de desarrollar progresivamente un área técnica especializada dentro de un area tecnica de Asociacion vecinal Nordelta.

Requisitos

  • Graduados/a en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería en Construcciones o formación afin, con orientación a obras civiles e infraestructura.
  • Experiencia ideal de 8 a 10 años en ejecución, dirección, supervisión o gestión de obras.
  • Experiencia en infraestructura urbana, obras viales, pavimentos, movimiento de suelos y/o obras hidráulicas y pluviales.
  • Experiencia directa en obra.
  • Conocimientos de planos, cómputos y presupuestos, análisis de precios, certificaciones, control de calidad y planificación.
  • Manejo de AutoCAD, Excel avanzado y Project o herramientas similares.

  • Resolutivo, autónomo y con criterio técnico.
  • Con fuerte orientación al trabajo de campo.
  • Con capacidad para gestionar múltiples obras y proveedores.
  • Buenas habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
  • Con potencial de liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos.

Experiencia previa en materia de :

  • Tecnología del hormigón y pavimentos.
  • Pavimentos asfálticos.
  • Movimiento y compactación de suelos.
  • Sistemas constructivos de infraestructura urbana.
  • Interpretación de planos y documentación ejecutiva.
  • Cómputos y presupuestos.
  • Análisis de precios y alcances de obra.
  • Control de calidad.
  • Planificación y seguimiento de obras.
  • Certificaciones y mediciones.
  • Especificaciones técnicas y pliegos.
