En AVN queremos sumar a nuestro equipo una persona que lidere y acompañe los principales procesos Soft de Recursos Humanos, trabajando de manera cercana con nuestros equipos y líderes.

¿Cuáles serán sus principales desafíos?

• Gestionar procesos de selección end to end: publicación, reclutamiento, entrevistas, seguimiento y coordinación de ingresos.

• Coordinar procesos de onboarding e inducción y realizar el seguimiento de los nuevos ingresos.

• Diseñar y llevar adelante el Plan Anual de Capacitación, relevando necesidades junto con las distintas áreas.

• Gestionar proveedores, consultoras, universidades y diferentes fuentes de reclutamiento.

• Coordinar el proceso de Evaluación de Desempeño Anual y acompañar las evaluaciones de nuevos ingresos.

• Gestionar la Encuesta de Clima Organizacional.

• Administrar el presupuesto y los proveedores vinculados a capacitación y procesos Soft.

• Acompañar a líderes y colaboradores ante distintas situaciones vinculadas a la gestión de personas.

• Participar y desarrollar iniciativas vinculadas a Jóvenes Profesionales.

Requisitos

Graduado/a de carreras de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo, Administración, Psicología, o afines.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares, con foco en procesos Soft de Recursos Humanos.

Experiencia en selección de personal, incluyendo publicación, reclutamiento, entrevistas, seguimiento y coordinación de ingresos.

Experiencia en capacitación y desarrollo, relevamiento de necesidades y gestión de planes anuales de capacitación.

Experiencia en procesos de evaluación de desempeño y clima organizacional.

Experiencia en gestión y coordinación de proveedores, consultoras, universidades y diferentes actores vinculados al área.
