Objetivo del puesto :

Liderar con empatía y responsabilidad la gestión del equipo de Intendencia y coordinar las empresas proveedoras de servicios, para asegurar que todos los espacios comunes del barrio funcionen correctamente.

Buscamos a una persona proactiva y apasionada por la excelencia, con capacidad de aprendizaje y mirada crítica del trabajo, para impulsar mejoras continuas y brindar un servicio de calidad para todos los vecinos.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

  • Guiar y acompañar: Planificar, coordinar, asignar y supervisar las tareas de los equipos internos y proveedores (Espacios verdes, Seguridad, Mantenimiento, etc.) fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
  • Conocer y cuidar el barrio: Recorrer diariamente el Barrio para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los diferentes espacios que componen el mismo (acceso, club house, áreas deportivas, piscinas, etc.) y realizar el seguimiento de control mensual para garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos, la aplicación de la normativa vigente, y la prevención de problemas.
  • Ser resolutivo: Diagnosticar emergencias, establecer prioridades y aportar soluciones los temas de gestión del barrio.
  • Impulsar mejoras: Identificar necesidades y proponer ideas innovadoras que eleven la calidad de vida en el barrio.
  • Buena convivencia: Tener empatía con los habitantes del barrio, responsables de comisiones y Director Vecinal. Fomentar el respeto de los reglamentos internos, e informar o sancionar el incumplimiento de estos, para garantizar la convivencia entre vecinos.
  • Optimizar recursos: Identificar los recursos materiales y no materiales que se precisan para el desarrollo de tareas.
  • Trabajo en equipo: Interactuar con las distintas áreas de la organización para gestionar y agilizar procesos diarios.

Requisitos

Nos gustaría contar con un profesional que cuenta con:

  • Experiencia en puestos similares en barrios cerrados, complejos vecinales de categoría, o residencias con administración de consorcios.
  • Capacidad en el manejo de indicadores de gestión (KPI’s)
  • Formación en las carreras de: Arquitectura, Ingeniería, Tecnicaturas en Electromecánica. También Maestros Mayor de Obra, Egresados de Escuelas técnicas o de Terciarios industriales. (No excluyente)
  • Experiencia de al menos cinco años como Facility Manager en diferentes ámbitos o empresas de nivel.

  • Habilidades comunicacionales, capacidad de negociación,liderazgo y gran capacidad de gestión
  • Habilidades multitasking
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión
  • Habilidad para gestionar distintos temas con referentes de distintos sectores
  • Adaptación a distintos entornos que implican cambios y desafíos constantes
  • Planificación y método para gerenciar/ supervisar
  • Resiliencia - Tolerancia a la frustración
  • Manejo y resolución de objeciones.
  • Capacidad de diagnóstico y pronta respuesta a la expectativa de los vecinos
  • Liderazgo y capacidad de trabajo en equipos numerosos
