Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Departamento Pessoal para integrar nosso time. Procuramos um profissional com vontade de aprender, atenção aos detalhes e perfil colaborativo para apoiar as rotinas de DP, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva dos colaboradores e garantindo a qualidade dos processos.

📍 Local: Belo Horizonte/MG (Híbrido, na Savassi – 3x por semana no escritório) 💼 Modelo de contratação: CLT (Temporário)

Principais responsabilidades Apoiar as rotinas de Departamento Pessoal; Processos de admissão, férias, rescisão e controle de ponto; Apoiar no processamento da folha de pagamento; Organizar e conferir documentos trabalhistas de diferentes modelos de contratação; Atualizar controles e planilhas da área.

Requisitos:

Conhecimento em Excel (avançado); Experiência ou vivência com grande volume rotinas de Departamento Pessoal; Inglês avançado será considerado um diferencial; Conhecimento no sistema Talentia será um diferencial.
