The posting

Brindar soporte técnico y desarrollo ABAP a los clientes de la mesa de servicios, resolviendo incidentes y requerimientos dentro de los SLA, y participar en proyectos de implementación y mejora bajo la guía de desarrolladores senior. El rol contempla una ruta de formación en SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) para que el consultor evolucione hacia el desarrollo de extensiones side-by-side y el modelo Clean Core de S/4HANA. Buscamos una persona con bases sólidas de programación ABAP, pero sobre todo con actitud de aprendizaje, apertura a nuevas tecnologías y deseo de construir una carrera estable a largo plazo en la compañía.

Mesa de soporte (AMS)

• Analizar y corregir errores en programas, reportes, formularios, interfaces y enhancements dentro de los tiempos definidos en los SLA.

• Depurar (debugging) procesos estándar y desarrollos a la medida para identificar la causa raíz de los incidentes.

• Atender requerimientos menores: ajustes de reportes, formularios, validaciones y sustituciones.

• Gestionar órdenes de transporte y ejecutar pruebas unitarias antes del paso a producción.

• Documentar soluciones y especificaciones técnicas en la herramienta de tickets y la base de conocimiento. Perfil de cargo

• Trabajar de la mano con los consultores funcionales (FI-CO, MM, SD, etc.) y escalar a senior o Basis cuando se requiera.

3.2 Proyectos

• Desarrollar objetos RICEFW (reportes, interfaces, conversiones, enhancements, formularios, workflows) a partir de especificaciones funcionales.

• Elaborar especificaciones técnicas y participar en revisiones de código.

• Apoyar la migración de datos y la adaptación de código a S/4HANA (Custom Code Migration, ATC).

• Participar en pruebas integrales, soporte a UAT, salida en vivo (go-live) e hypercare.

3.3 Ruta de crecimiento en SAP BTP

• Participar en el plan de formación en BTP .

• Apoyar gradualmente el desarrollo de extensiones con ABAP Cloud / RAP, servicios OData y aplicaciones Fiori.

• Colaborar en escenarios de integración (Integration Suite) y automatización (Build Process Automation) bajo supervisión.

• Aplicar los principios de Clean Core en los nuevos desarrollos.
