El Consultor de Consolidación OneStream es responsable de participar en todas las fases del ciclo de vida de proyectos relacionados con la solución OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, desde el levantamiento de requerimientos hasta el go-live y el soporte posterior a la implementación. Su participación garantiza la alineación entre las mejores prácticas de la plataforma y los objetivos estratégicos de negocio de los clientes.

Utilizando metodologías estructuradas y las capacidades de la solución OneStream, el consultor transforma las necesidades del cliente en soluciones funcionales robustas, escalables y adecuadamente documentadas, garantizando altos estándares de calidad, previsibilidad y enfoque en resultados.

Puede desempeñarse de manera autónoma o integrado a equipos multidisciplinarios (funcionales, técnicos y de negocio), siempre enfocado en la excelencia de las entregas, la experiencia del cliente y el cumplimiento de cronogramas y alcance.

Es indispensable que el profesional cuente con flexibilidad para trabajar bajo presión, adaptándose a entornos dinámicos y sujetos a cambios frecuentes de prioridad. Adicionalmente, debe poseer una sólida capacidad analítica para resolver problemas y transformar requerimientos complejos en soluciones viables dentro de la plataforma OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation.

El consultor también mantendrá contacto directo con los clientes y, en algunos proyectos, podrá asumir el rol de interlocutor principal. Será responsable de organizar y ejecutar todas las etapas del proyecto: levantamiento de requerimientos, diseño de la solución, configuración, pruebas, capacitaciones y soporte inicial posterior a la salida en producción.

Requisitos Mínimos

✔ Inglés avanzado

✔ Conocimiento en OneStream Financial Close & Consolidation, siguiendo las mejores prácticas de la plataforma:

  • Configuración y parametrización de aplicaciones de consolidación financiera
  • Modelado dimensional y estructura societaria
  • Configuración de procesos de consolidación y cierre financiero
  • Configuración de reglas de consolidación, eliminaciones y participaciones societarias
  • Creación de cálculos y reglas de negocio
  • Desarrollo de formularios, workflows y procesos de cierre
  • Construcción de dashboards, reportes financieros y Cube Views
  • Gestión de seguridad y perfiles de acceso
  • Conocimiento en conciliación de datos y validaciones financieras
  • Conocimiento en extensibilidad de la plataforma y automatizaciones
  • Conocimiento de funcionalidades avanzadas y capacidades de inteligencia artificial disponibles en la solución

✔ Conocimiento en procesos financieros y contables:

  • Consolidación financiera
  • Conversión cambiaria
  • Intercompany
  • Eliminaciones
  • Cierre contable
  • Estados financieros consolidados

✔ Experiencia en la ejecución de levantamiento de requerimientos

✔ Capacidad para elaborar documentación técnica y funcional

✔ Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, con habilidad para liderar reuniones con áreas de negocio, contraloría, contabilidad y TI

✔ Capacidad para identificar riesgos funcionales, proponer soluciones alternativas y ajustar el alcance de manera controlada

✔ Organización para generar reportes claros sobre el avance de las actividades

✔ Compromiso con los cronogramas y la calidad de las entregas

✔ Capacidad para gestionar cambios de alcance y controlar impactos funcionales durante el proyecto

Requisitos Deseables

✔ Certificaciones OneStream

✔ Experiencia en integraciones entre OneStream, ERP’s, Data Warehouses y otras fuentes de datos

✔ Experiencia en proyectos de cierre financiero y consolidación multinacional

✔ Experiencia en proyectos internacionales

✔ Conocimiento en IFRS, US GAAP o BR GAAP

✔ Conocimiento en SQL, ETL o herramientas de integración de datos

✔ Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en proyectos OneStream o herramientas EPM equivalentes orientadas a consolidación financiera
