Du denkst unternehmerisch, erkennst Chancen und hast Legal & Compliance im Blick? Bei Axess AG gestaltest Du spannende Themen aktiv mit, bringst Ideen voran und setzt neue Impulse.

  • Prüfung und Erstellung von nationalen und internationalen Verträgen, wie zum Beispiel Kaufverträge, Service- und Dienstleistungsverträge, NDAs (Geheimhaltungsvereinbarungen);
  • Unterstützung bei internen rechtlichen Anfragen;
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Überarbeitung rechtlicher Dokumente;
  • Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen;
  • Bearbeitung von rechtlichen Compliance-Themen; wie zum Beispiel Nachhaltigkeits- und ESG; Datenschutz, Lieferkettengesetz, Sanktionsprüfungen;
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung interner Compliance-Richtlinien.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder rechtliche Ausbildung oder vergleichbare mehrjährige fundierte Berufspraxis;
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Verträge;
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil;
  • Stark ausgeprägter Sinn für Vertraulichkeit, Verantwortung und Detail;
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation mit ausgeprägtem Selbstmanagement;
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsbereitschaft;
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
