B&A Consulting è una Software House e Digital Company specializzata in soluzioni ICT, sviluppo software e consulenza tecnologica.

Per un progetto in ambito Financial Services, siamo alla ricerca di un/una System Engineer con almeno 4 anni di esperienza nella progettazione, configurazione e gestione di infrastrutture IT complesse.

La persona selezionata lavorerà su ambienti Microsoft, networking, sicurezza, virtualizzazione e cloud, collaborando sia con i team infrastrutturali sia con i gruppi di sviluppo applicativo.

Attività

Le principali attività riguarderanno:

  • progettazione, configurazione e gestione di sistemi, server e infrastrutture di rete;
  • gestione e monitoraggio delle performance, affidabilità e scalabilità dei sistemi;
  • configurazione e amministrazione di ambienti Windows Server e Linux;
  • gestione di networking, VLAN, VPN e firewall;
  • amministrazione di Active Directory, Group Policy e servizi di rete;
  • gestione di ambienti Microsoft Azure e infrastrutture hybrid cloud;
  • amministrazione di Microsoft 365;
  • gestione di ambienti virtualizzati VMware;
  • gestione di storage, backup e disaster recovery;
  • implementazione e supporto di soluzioni di sicurezza infrastrutturale;
  • supporto alle attività di compliance;
  • collaborazione con i team di sviluppo applicativo nelle attività di rilascio sugli ambienti;
  • confronto con stakeholder tecnici e clienti per la definizione delle soluzioni infrastrutturali.

Competenze tecniche

Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede:

  • almeno 4 anni di esperienza come System Engineer o in ruoli analoghi;
  • buona conoscenza del protocollo TCP/IP;
  • esperienza nella configurazione e gestione di Firewall;
  • esperienza in attività di Network Administration;
  • gestione di VLAN e VPN;
  • esperienza con Windows 10/11;
  • esperienza con Windows Server 2016/2019/2022;
  • conoscenza di sistemi Linux;
  • esperienza con Active Directory e Group Policy;
  • conoscenza di Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID e scenari di Hybrid Identity;
  • esperienza nella configurazione e gestione di DHCP e DNS;
  • conoscenza delle Certification Authority;
  • esperienza con Microsoft Azure;
  • gestione di infrastrutture Cloud e Hybrid Cloud;
  • esperienza nell’amministrazione di Microsoft 365, in particolare: Exchange Online; SharePoint; Teams; Intune;
  • esperienza con VMware vSphere / ESXi;
  • conoscenza di sistemi di Storage, Backup e Disaster Recovery;
  • esperienza nell’amministrazione di SQL Server;
  • diploma o laurea in discipline informatiche o affini.

Nice to have

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

  • conoscenza di Docker e Kubernetes;
  • esperienza di scripting con PowerShell, Bash o Python;
  • esperienza con strumenti e processi di monitoraggio IT;
  • esperienza precedente nel settore Finance / Banking.
