Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Contábil para atuar em uma empresa especializada em soluções contábeis e tributárias, com forte atuação junto a empresas da construção civil e incorporação imobiliária.

A posição é indicada para profissionais de perfil júnior, que já possuam experiência com as principais rotinas contábeis e tenham interesse em aprofundar seus conhecimentos em um segmento que possui particularidades próprias, como obras em andamento, contratos de venda, permutas e controle patrimonial.

Você terá a oportunidade de desenvolver uma visão mais especializada da Contabilidade, trabalhando com diferentes operações e acompanhando processos que vão além da contabilidade geral.

🎯 PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Realizar escrituração contábil, incluindo importações e lançamentos;
  • Realizar conciliações bancárias e de contas contábeis;
  • Conferir saldos de balancetes e identificar possíveis divergências;
  • Realizar lançamentos e conferências de documentos fiscais, como NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e e guias de impostos;
  • Apoiar as rotinas contábeis de empresas enquadradas nos regimes Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real;
  • Executar rotinas contábeis relacionadas à incorporação imobiliária, incluindo obras em andamento, contratos de venda e permutas;
  • Realizar rotinas de controle patrimonial, incluindo imobilizado e depreciação;
  • Realizar cadastros de contas contábeis e utilizar a estrutura do plano de contas no sistema;
  • Utilizar os módulos Contábil e Imobiliário do sistema Questor nas rotinas da área;
  • Apoiar procedimentos realizados por meio do portal e-CAC, incluindo entrega e retificação de declarações;
  • Organizar as atividades de acordo com o cronograma de fechamento;
  • Cumprir procedimentos, prazos e rotinas estabelecidos pela área;
  • Identificar inconsistências e apoiar sua resolução junto à equipe.

🎓 REQUISITOS

  • Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Experiência com rotinas de escrituração contábil;
  • Conhecimento em Contabilidade Geral, incluindo lançamentos, plano de contas e balancetes;
  • Conhecimento em conciliação bancária e de contas contábeis;
  • Conhecimento em documentos fiscais;
  • Noções dos regimes Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido e Lucro Real;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;
  • Conhecimento em controle patrimonial, imobilizado e depreciação;
  • Organização e comprometimento com prazos.

  • Noções de utilização do portal e-CAC;
  • Vivência com entrega e retificação de declarações.
