Escritório especializado em gestão e administração de condomínios busca um(a) Analista de Atendimento com formação em Ciências Contábeis para atuar no suporte contábil, fiscal e administrativo de condomínios e associações.

A posição exige conhecimento técnico, organização e boa comunicação para orientar síndicos, apoiar as demandas contábeis das entidades atendidas e trabalhar de forma integrada com as equipes financeira e administrativa.

É uma oportunidade para profissionais que gostam de unir conhecimento contábil, relacionamento com clientes e resolução de demandas, contribuindo diretamente para a organização e a regularidade das operações condominiais.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Realizar rotinas contábeis, fiscais e administrativas relacionadas a condomínios e associações;
  • Emitir certidões e notas fiscais, além de organizar e controlar documentos;
  • Executar rotinas relacionadas à folha de pagamento e aos encargos sociais;
  • Realizar procedimentos de retenção de tributos na fonte;
  • Preparar e acompanhar declarações e obrigações acessórias;
  • Prestar orientações tributárias conforme as demandas dos clientes;
  • Atender e oferecer suporte aos síndicos, esclarecendo dúvidas e acompanhando solicitações;
  • Apoiar processos de abertura de CNPJ para condomínios, associações e outras entidades atendidas;
  • Auxiliar a equipe financeira nas rotinas e demandas relacionadas aos clientes;
  • Apoiar a preparação e o acompanhamento de assembleias, conforme as necessidades da operação;
  • Manter documentos, registros e informações organizados, garantindo o acompanhamento das demandas e o cumprimento dos prazos.

REQUISITOS

  • Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas contábeis e fiscais;
  • Familiaridade com softwares e sistemas de contabilidade como Winker e também ferramentas de IA.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade com prazos;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para atendimento e orientação de clientes;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e solucionar demandas;
  • CNH categoria B válida, para deslocamentos profissionais com veículo disponibilizado pela empresa.

SERÁ UM DIFERENCIAL

  • Experiência com contabilidade de condomínios e associações;
  • Conhecimento das particularidades contábeis, fiscais e trabalhistas da administração condominial;
  • Experiência no atendimento direto a síndicos;
  • Possuir carteira de clientes ou relacionamento profissional já estabelecido no segmento.

Buscamos um(a) profissional comprometido(a), organizado(a) e com boa capacidade de análise, que tenha segurança para conduzir rotinas contábeis e disposição para orientar clientes com clareza e cordialidade.

É importante ter iniciativa, senso de responsabilidade, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas simultaneamente, mantendo a qualidade do atendimento e o cumprimento dos prazos.

💰 Remuneração fixa: Competitivo.

🏢 Trabalho presencial em Itapema/SC.

🕐 Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 12h e das 13h40 às 18h18.

🚗 Veículo da empresa para deslocamentos profissionais.
