Perfil que buscamos:

Buscamos profissionais que gostem de ambientes dinâmicos, tenham iniciativa, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes. Pessoas comprometidas com a qualidade das entregas, que saibam trabalhar em equipe e compreendam a importância da preparação dos ambientes para proporcionar experiências inesquecíveis aos clientes.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na montagem e organização dos salões antes da realização dos eventos;
  • Realizar a disposição e posicionamento de mesas, cadeiras, mobiliários e demais estruturas conforme o layout de cada evento;
  • Executar o mise en place das mesas, garantindo que todos os itens estejam organizados de acordo com o padrão estabelecido;
  • Apoiar a montagem de ambientes, contribuindo para a preparação dos espaços com qualidade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Organizar materiais e equipamentos utilizados nas montagens;
  • Auxiliar na movimentação de mobiliário e demais itens necessários para cada evento;
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação dos ambientes e equipamentos;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes operacionais para garantir que tudo esteja preparado antes da chegada dos clientes e convidados.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Fundamental ou Médio completo;
  • Disposição para atividades operacionais e esforço físico;
  • Facilidade para trabalho em equipe;
  • Organização e comprometimento com prazos e qualidade;
  • Desejável experiência em montagem de eventos, logística, produção ou serviços gerais (não obrigatória).

📄 Regime de contratação: PJ

🏢 Modalidade: Presencial

🕒 Jornada: Segunda a sábado, das 9h às 17h - intervalo das 12h às 13h.

💰 Remuneração: Salário fixo + remuneração variável, conforme atingimento de metas - atingíveis.

🎒Possui recesso remunerado após 1 ano de contrato.
