Você é apaixonado(a) por transformar ambientes através da luz e possui uma rede de contatos com o setor de arquitetura? Se você domina a técnica luminotécnica e tem o arrojo comercial para buscar grandes projetos, venha fazer parte do time em Itapema/SC.

Nosso cliente possui 6 anos de mercado e é referência em iluminação decorativa e técnica. Atuamos em uma região com um dos mercados imobiliários mais fortes do Brasil, oferecendo soluções de alto padrão para arquitetos e construtoras.

Seu Desafio e Dia a Dia:

  • Prospecção Ativa: Realizar a busca de novos parceiros (arquitetos, designers, marcenarias e construtoras), focando em "plantar" relacionamentos para colher vendas de alto ticket.
  • Consultoria Especializada: Atuar como um braço técnico para arquitetos, tirando dúvidas sobre temperatura de cor, IRC e aplicações de produtos.
  • Gestão de Ciclo de Venda: Acompanhar orçamentos de alta complexidade que podem levar meses de maturação, mantendo a resiliência e o follow-up constante.
  • Atendimento Premium: Garantir que o showroom reflita a sofisticação dos produtos oferecidos.

O que buscamos (Requisitos):

  • Conhecimento Técnico Sólido (Obrigatório): Experiência prévia com iluminação; você deve dominar conceitos como temperatura de cor, lúmens e tipos de LED.
  • Habilidade de Prospecção: Perfil que prefira a busca ativa de mercado ao atendimento meramente receptivo.
  • Relacionamento com o Setor: Possuir ou ter facilidade para desenvolver uma carteira de arquitetos e construtoras na região.
  • Foco em Resultados: Desejo de superar metas para atingir altos níveis de remuneração variável.

Informações Adicionais:

  • Remuneração: Salário fixo + Comissão - com potencial de ganhos altos.
  • Modelo: CLT – Presencial.
  • Horário: Segunda à sexta 08h às 12h e 13h40 às 18h e Sábados 08h às 12h.
  • Benefícios: Vale Refeição (VR) de R$ 30,00/dia.
