Nosso cliente é uma empresa do setor de construção civil que está em busca de um Diretor Comercial para atuar em sua unidade em Itapema - SC!

Como será seu dia a dia:

O Diretor Comercial será responsável por liderar, planejar e implementar estratégias de vendas, maximizar resultados financeiros e garantir a comercialização eficaz dos empreendimentos. Este profissional terá um papel estratégico, focando em resultados, gestão de equipes e alinhamento das operações comerciais com os objetivos corporativos.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e alinhar o plano de vendas aos objetivos da empresa, analisando o mercado para identificar tendências e definir metas;
  • Liderar e motivar o time de vendas, realizar treinamentos e promover uma cultura de excelência no atendimento ao cliente;
  • Criar campanhas comerciais, estabelecer parcerias e supervisionar o processo de vendas, garantindo qualidade e satisfação;
  • Manter relações sólidas com clientes e prospects, resolver conflitos e assegurar a satisfação;
  • Monitorar KPIs, analisar margens de lucro e apresentar relatórios à alta gestão com insights para decisões;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com marketing, engenharia e jurídico, participando de reuniões de planejamento estratégico;
  • Garantir conformidade com políticas da empresa e legislações, promovendo conduta ética nos relacionamentos.

O que você precisa ter ou saber:

  • Experiência área de vendas, em posições de liderança no setor imobiliário ou construção civil;
  • Graduação em Administração, Engenharia Civil, Marketing, Economia ou áreas afins. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Comercial ou Negócios é desejável;
  • Liderança estratégica, forte capacidade de negociação, conhecimento do mercado imobiliário, alta capacidade analítica, excelente comunicação, e foco em resultados;
  • Experiência em lançamentos imobiliários de grande porte, domínio de ferramentas de CRM, fluência em idiomas;
  • Necessário CNH e disponibilidade para viagens.

Horário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta

Tipo de contrato: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ).

Salário:

  • A remuneração é composta por um salário fixo e uma parte variável, baseada na performance do time comercial.
