Estamos em busca de um(a) Projetista Comercial para atuar em uma empresa especializada em móveis planejados, pedras, complementos e soluções completas para ambientes, acompanhando o cliente desde o desenvolvimento do projeto até os detalhamentos necessários para sua execução.

A posição combina conhecimento técnico em projetos com habilidade comercial, sendo responsável tanto pela criação e desenvolvimento das soluções quanto pelo atendimento, apresentação, negociação e relacionamento com clientes e profissionais especificadores.

É uma oportunidade para quem gosta de unir criatividade, técnica e vendas, transformando necessidades e expectativas em projetos personalizados e viáveis.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Desenvolver projetos de móveis planejados de acordo com as necessidades e características de cada cliente;
  • Elaborar projetos utilizando Promob e ferramentas de apoio, como SketchUp;
  • Realizar levantamentos de medidas e conferências necessárias para garantir a correta execução dos projetos;
  • Desenvolver detalhamentos técnicos para produção e montagem;
  • Elaborar orçamentos e propostas comerciais;
  • Desenvolver e detalhar projetos de pedras, complementos e demais itens agregados às soluções propostas;
  • Apresentar projetos aos clientes, explicando soluções, materiais, acabamentos e possibilidades;
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais e acompanhar o cliente ao longo do processo de venda;
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes e profissionais especificadores;
  • Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamento com arquitetos, designers de interiores, corretores, construtoras e demais parceiros e indicadores;
  • Acompanhar os projetos desde o atendimento inicial até as etapas necessárias para sua execução;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas envolvidas na produção e execução dos projetos.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de projetos de móveis planejados;
  • Conhecimento em Promob;
  • Conhecimento em SketchUp será considerado importante diferencial;
  • Experiência com leitura, interpretação e detalhamento de projetos;
  • Conhecimento em medidas e conferências para produção;
  • Habilidade para elaboração de orçamentos;
  • Boa comunicação e desenvoltura para atendimento ao cliente;
  • Perfil comercial e habilidade de negociação;
  • Capacidade de apresentar projetos de forma clara, técnica e persuasiva;
  • Organização para acompanhar diferentes projetos e demandas simultaneamente;
  • CNH válida e veículo próprio.

REMUNERAÇÃO

💰 Remuneração composta por parcela fixa + variável, com percentual escalonado de acordo com as vendas de móveis planejados.

🕐 Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h40 às 12h e das 13h40 às 19h

✈️ Viagens: Podem ocorrer eventualmente, com despesas custeadas pela empresa.

⚠️ Atendimentos: Poderão ocorrer eventualmente fora do horário comercial e aos sábados, conforme necessidade de atendimento aos clientes.
