Werde Teil unseres b-plus Teams

Als Junior PLM Developer (m/f/d) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft rund um Aras Innovator. Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen entwickelst du zukunftsfähige Lösungen, optimierst unternehmensweite Prozesse und schaffst die technologische Grundlage für die digitale Transformation der b-plus Gruppe.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung unserer bestehenden PLM-Lösung auf Basis von Aras Innovator
  • Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen direkt im System
  • Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenmodellen, Workflows und Benutzeroberflächen
  • Integration des PLM-Systems in bestehende Systemlandschaften (z. B. ERP-, Test- und MES-Systeme) über Schnittstellen
  • Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Lösungen
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung technischer Anpassungen auf Server- und Client-Seite
  • Unterstützung bei Datenmigrationen und Releases
  • Sicherstellung einer sauberen, strukturierten und wartbaren technischen Umsetzung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zur Softwareentwicklung
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung, beispielsweise durch Berufserfahrung, Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder eigene Projekte
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache, idealerweise C#/.NET oder vergleichbaren Technologien
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenbanken sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Unternehmensanwendungen, digitalen Prozessen und Systemlandschaften
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien und Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und daran, technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
