Werde Teil unseres b-plus Teams

Als Repair & RMA Specialist (m/f/d) bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Bearbeitung von Kundenrücksendungen und Reparaturen. Du begleitest den gesamten RMA-Prozess von der Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Rücklieferung und bist dabei sowohl organisatorisch als auch technisch tätig. Durch die Analyse und Reparatur elektronischer Baugruppen, die Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zur Optimierung unserer Reparaturabläufe.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Steuerung von RMA-Vorgängen inklusive systemseitiger Erfassung und Nachverfolgung
  • Technische Analyse, Reparatur und Endprüfung elektronischer Baugruppen und Geräte
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten zu Reparaturen, Reklamationen und Rücksendungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Einkauf, Entwicklung und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Koordination externer Reparaturen sowie Organisation des Versands abgeschlossener Reparaturen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen zu Rückläufern und Reparaturdurchlaufzeiten
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des RMA-Prozesses

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektronik, Service, Reparatur oder Reklamationsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis für elektronische Baugruppen und Geräte
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick
  • Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
