Als Sales Manager (m/w/d) liegt dein Fokus darauf, unsere Lösungen im Bereich mobiler Anwendungen ganzheitlich zu verstehen und kundenspezifisch optimal zu positionieren. Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse von Herstellern im Bereich Bau-, Agrar- und Sonderfahrzeuge, entwickelst darauf aufbauend zielgerichtete Vertriebsstrategien und identifizierst neue Geschäftspotenziale. In enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Produktmanagement erarbeitest du maßgeschneiderte Systemlösungen für unsere Kunden und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der nächsten Generation mobiler Arbeitsmaschinen bei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Kundenstamms im Bereich mobiler Arbeitsmaschinen
  • Ganzheitliche Beratung zu unserem Portfolio sowie Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in maßgeschneiderte Systemlösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Produktmanagement
  • Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses – von der Akquise über die Angebotserstellung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss inkl. Verhandlungsführung
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Ableitung passender Vertriebsstrategien für komplexe, technische Lösungen
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale
  • Ausbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks im Bereich der Mobilen Arbeitsmaschinen
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen sowie bei Verbands- und Netzwerkveranstaltungen
  • Perspektivische Übernahme der Vertriebsleitung ab 2029/2030

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Mobiler Arbeitsmaschinen mit Schwerpunkt Landmaschinen
  • Kenntnisse: ISOBUS, CAN, J1939, Software-Entwicklung, Funktionale Sicherheit
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Reisebereitschaft und eigenständiges Arbeiten im Außendienst und Homeoffice
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie unternehmerisches Denken
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
