Als Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) bei b-plus sorgst du dafür, dass technologische Innovationen ihr volles Marktpotenzial entfalten. In einer verantwortungsvollen Schlüsselrolle mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum prägst du damit die Positionierung unserer Lösungen in einem internationalen Hightech-Umfeld maßgeblich mit.

Als führender Anbieter von Hardware- und Softwarelösungen für datenintensive Anwendungen in den Märkten Automotive, Off-Highway und Defence unterstützen wir unsere Kunden weltweit dabei, selbst größte und anspruchsvollste Datenmengen zuverlässig zu erfassen, zu verarbeiten und auszuwerten – von der Entwicklung bis zum Serieneinsatz. Gemeinsam mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Marketing übersetzt du diese Innovationen in überzeugenden Markt- und Kundennutzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Produkt-Marketing-Strategien für unser Hardware- und Softwareportfolio
  • Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-Konzepten sowie Begleitung nationaler und internationaler Produkteinführungen
  • Entwicklung zielgruppenspezifischer Positionierungen, Value Propositions und Alleinstellungsmerkmale
  • Erstellung von Sales-Enablement-Materialien und Marketinginhalten, die den Vertrieb unterstützen und den Mehrwert unserer Lösungen überzeugend vermitteln
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale und Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Planung und Begleitung von Messeauftritten, Produktpräsentationen, Webinaren und Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Erfolgsmessung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produkt-Marketing-Maßnahmen anhand relevanter KPIs

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medientechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Product Marketing oder Product Management für erklärungsbedürftige technische Produkte oder Softwarelösungen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market-Strategien, Positionierungen und Sales-Enablement-Maßnahmen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse der Märkte Automotive, Off-Highway oder Defense
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
