Verleg jou grenzen als HR Officer

Binnen het Liquors segment zijn wij binnen HR we volop bezig om processen verder te professionaliseren, automatiseren en verbeteren. Dit maakt deze functie dan ook breder dan alleen de HR-administratie. Natuurlijk moet de basis kloppen, maar we zijn ook benieuwd naar jouw ideeën. Zie je dat iets slimmer, makkelijker of efficiënter kan? Dan krijg je de ruimte om dat bespreekbaar te maken en eraan mee te werken.

Je hoeft daarbij nog niet alles te weten of te kunnen. Je werkt samen met ervaren HR-collega's bij wie je terechtkunt met vragen en van wie je het vak verder kunt leren. Naarmate je groeit in je rol krijg jij natuurlijk steeds meer ruimte om zelfstandig werkzaamheden op te pakken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als HR Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons HR-team. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de HR-administratie soepel verloopt voor zowel onze collega's op kantoor als in de logistiek.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Personeelsadministratie: je stelt contracten op, verwerkt wijzigingen en houdt verzuimregistraties en personeelsdossiers zorgvuldig bij.
  • Uren & payroll: je controleert urenregistraties en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste gegevens klaarstaan voor de salarisverwerking.
  • On- & offboarding: je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe collega's goed kunnen starten en dat ook bij de uitdiensttreding alles netjes wordt geregeld.
  • HR-systemen & data: je werkt dagelijks met onze HR-systemen, zorgt dat gegevens betrouwbaar en actueel zijn en helpt bij het maken van rapportages.
  • Verbeterprojecten: je kijkt verder dan de dagelijkse HR-administratie en denkt mee over hoe we onze HR-processen slimmer, eenvoudiger en efficiënter kunnen maken.
  • HR-vragen: collega's weten jou te vinden met praktische HR-vragen. Weet je het antwoord nog niet? Geen probleem. Je zoekt het uit en leert er weer iets bij.

Functie-eisen

Wie ben jij?

Misschien heb jij je eerste ervaring binnen HR al opgedaan, of werk je nu in een administratieve functie en wil je juist de stap naar HR maken. In beide gevallen zoeken we vooral iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, nieuwsgierig is en graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt. Je hoeft dus nog niet overal expert in te zijn, maar wij vinden het belangrijk dat je graag leert en hier energie uithaalt.

Daarnaast:

  • heb hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in HR of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • heb je enige werkervaring in een administratieve of HR-gerelateerde functie;
  • spreek en schrijf je goed Nederlands en Engels. Duits is een pre;
  • kun je goed overweg met Office 365 en Excel en maak je nieuwe systemen snel eigen;
  • is ervaring met HR-systemen, ADP of salarisverwerking mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste;
  • ga je zorgvuldig en professioneel om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
