Altijd de juiste producten beschikbaar, zonder onnodige voorraad: dat is jouw uitdaging!

Wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen binnen onze Purchase afdeling? Voorraden zijn een essentieel onderdeel van onze bedrijfsvoering. Zowel te veel als te weinig voorraad kunnen een probleem veroorzaken. Jij zorgt voor een optimaal voorraadniveau. In de rol van Operational Purchaser ben jij verantwoordelijk voor jouw categorie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten uit ons assortiment continu leverbaar zijn.

Verleg je grenzen als Operational Purchaser

Als Operational Purchaser ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren van onze voorraden. Je weet wanneer je moet bestellen, in welke hoeveelheden, en houdt rekening met houdbaarheidsdata en verkoopschommelingen van producten. Voor de eerder bestelde producten monitor je de voorraadniveaus en houdbaarheidsdata, waardoor je voorkomt dat producten niet op voorraad zijn.

Communicatie in deze functie is van cruciaal belang. Intern met je collega's, maar ook bij de externe leveranciers. Dit betekent dat je de Purchase Managers, Stock Control Managers, Logistiek en Sales tijdig moeten informeren. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Finance om de facturen en betalingen te bespreken. Extern heb je contact met leveranciers over lopende orders, de beschikbaarheid van producten en ontwikkelingen binnen het productsegment.

Functie-eisen

Dit ben jij

Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden, waardoor je goede relaties met onze leveranciers weet te onderhouden. Daarnaast werk je gestructureerd en accuraat. Je verwerkt bestellingen die tot jouw assortiment behoren en je draagt ​​zorg voor een nauwkeurige administratie. Je bent continu bezig met het verbeteren van processen binnen je categorie, de afdeling of binnen de organisatie. Je streeft elke dag naar optimaal resultaat. In deze functie kun je jouw communicatieve en servicegerichte vaardigheden combineren met analytische vaardigheden.

Jij:

  • Bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar;
  • Hebt een mbo-opleiding in commercieel/administratieve richting afgerond;
  • Bent zelfverzekerd en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Bent analytisch vaardig. Plannen en organiseren gaat jou van nature goed af;
  • Krijgt energie van het werken in een dynamische omgeving;
  • Hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een pré
