Dans le cadre du renforcement de son Département Juridique, Baker Tilly recherche un(e) Consultant(e) Juridique Senior H/F – Droit des Affaires pour rejoindre son équipe à Casablanca.

Ce poste offre un environnement dynamique et stimulant, avec une exposition à une grande diversité de dossiers à forte valeur ajoutée en droit des affaires et droit du travail, au sein d'un réseau international reconnu.

Vos principales responsabilités

Vous accompagnerez un portefeuille diversifié de clients locaux et internationaux dans leurs problématiques juridiques, en intervenant comme un véritable conseiller juridique avec un haut niveau d'autonomie dès votre prise de fonction.

Vos principales missions seront notamment de :

  • Rédiger, analyser et négocier des contrats commerciaux et diverses documentations juridiques ;
  • Fournir des conseils et consultations juridiques en matière de droit des sociétés et de droit du travail ;
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les actes et documents juridiques relatifs à la vie des sociétés : constitutions, modifications, restructurations, transformations, etc. ;
  • Assurer les formalités juridiques auprès des différentes administrations et autorités compétentes : administrations fiscales, tribunaux de commerce, conservation foncière, etc. ;
  • Assurer le suivi juridique régulier des dossiers clients et veiller au respect des obligations réglementaires ;
  • Effectuer des recherches juridiques et jurisprudentielles et préparer des veilles juridiques mensuelles.

Profil recherché

  • Titulaire d'un Master en Droit des Affaires ou d'un diplôme équivalent ;
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en cabinet d'avocats, cabinet de conseil juridique ou environnement similaire, avec une solide expérience en droit des sociétés ;
  • Bonne maîtrise du droit des sociétés et du droit du travail ;
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ; l'arabe constitue un atout ;
  • Sens aigu de la confidentialité, de la rigueur et du professionnalisme ;
  • Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et capacité d'adaptation.
