Baker Tilly, cabinet d'expertise comptable, d'audit et de conseil, accompagne ses clients entreprises et groupes dans leurs enjeux comptables, financiers, fiscaux et organisationnels, au Maroc et à l'international.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Manager Audit H/F pour renforcer notre équipe.

Missions

Rattaché(e) à la Direction du cabinet, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités de :

  • Planifier, organiser et superviser les missions d'audit légal et contractuel auprès d'une clientèle diversifiée ;
  • Piloter les missions d'audit, de la phase de planification jusqu'à l'émission des rapports et des recommandations ;
  • Revoir les dossiers d'audit et veiller à la qualité des travaux réalisés, dans le respect des normes professionnelles en vigueur ;
  • Analyser les états financiers, identifier les principaux risques et formuler des recommandations pertinentes et à forte valeur ajoutée ;
  • Superviser et accompagner, lorsque nécessaire, les travaux comptables et de révision des comptes ;
  • Participer à des missions exceptionnelles telles que les évaluations financières, due diligences, restructurations, liquidations de sociétés ou missions de conseil financier ;
  • Assurer le suivi et la gestion de la relation client et agir en tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié sur les problématiques comptables, financières et organisationnelles ;
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les compétences des équipes d'audit ;
  • Participer à la formation des collaborateurs et à l'amélioration continue des méthodologies, procédures et outils du cabinet ;
  • Contribuer au développement commercial du cabinet, notamment par l'identification de nouvelles opportunités auprès des clients et prospects.

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé(e) d'une grande école de commerce, d'une école d'ingénieurs, d'un Master en Audit, Finance, Comptabilité, Gestion ou d'une formation équivalente ;
  • Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans en audit, idéalement acquise au sein d'un cabinet d'audit, d'expertise comptable ou de conseil ;
  • Expérience confirmée dans la supervision et la gestion de missions d'audit ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes et principes comptables ainsi que des techniques d'audit ;
  • Une expérience en management d'équipe et en gestion de portefeuille clients constitue un atout.

Compétences requises

  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques d'audit et de l'analyse financière ;
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation comptable et fiscale marocaine ;
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel ;
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
  • Bon niveau d'anglais professionnel ;
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction ;
  • Rigueur, organisation, autonomie et sens des responsabilités ;
  • Excellent relationnel et capacité à instaurer une relation de confiance avec les clients ;
  • Leadership et aptitude à encadrer, motiver et faire progresser une équipe ;
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, sens du résultat et capacité à contribuer au développement du cabinet.
