The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de son département Tax Advisory, Baker Tilly renforce ses équipes et recherche un Consultant Tax Confirmé H/F pour accompagner ses clients sur des problématiques fiscales variées et contribuer au développement de son expertise.

Vous interviendrez sur des missions de conseil et de conformité fiscale, en assurant la gestion opérationnelle de vos dossiers et en apportant votre expertise technique aux clients. Vous contribuerez également à la réalisation de missions à forte valeur ajoutée et au développement de la relation client.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Réalisation de consultations en fiscalité marocaine et internationale ;
  • Participation aux missions de structuration fiscale et de due diligence fiscale ;
  • Assistance et accompagnement des clients lors des contrôles fiscaux ;
  • Contribution à la préparation des demandes de rescrit fiscal et aux échanges avec l'administration fiscale ;
  • Participation au traitement des problématiques liées aux prix de transfert ;
  • Préparation et revue des travaux fiscaux, en veillant à leur conformité avec la législation en vigueur ;
  • Suivi des évolutions de la législation, de la réglementation et de la doctrine fiscale ;
  • Participation à la gestion et au suivi des dossiers clients, dans le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité ;
  • Contribution au développement de la relation client et à l'identification de nouvelles opportunités de mission.

Compétences attendues

  • Bonne maîtrise de la fiscalité marocaine et connaissance des problématiques de fiscalité internationale ;
  • Expérience dans la réalisation de missions de conseil et de conformité fiscale ;
  • Capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problématiques fiscales ;
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités dans la gestion des dossiers ;
  • Bonnes compétences relationnelles et rédactionnelles ;
  • Sens du service client et aptitude à travailler en équipe ;
  • Bonne capacité d'organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs missions simultanément ;
  • Curiosité professionnelle et volonté de développer continuellement son expertise fiscale.
