Our client is a globally recognized operator of 5-star luxury integrated resorts, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and entertainment experiences. They are currently seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Hostess to deliver exceptional dining experiences, uphold the highest standards of service excellence, and foster meaningful guest relationships through outstanding food and beverage expertise and personalised hospitality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service within an upscale hospitality environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential.
  • Professional grooming standard with a minimum height of 170 cm due to uniform sizing and operational requirements.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Previous experience working in Chinese‑speaking countries or regions is preferable.
  • Guest-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalised service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-service environment.
  • Experience interacting with VIP and high-profile guests.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and guest service standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
  • Supervise assigned service areas to maintain operational excellence and consistent service delivery.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and provide personalized experiences that enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong food and beverage knowledge to anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, professional service.
  • Ensure compliance with established service standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to create seamless and memorable dining experiences.
  • Uphold the organization's vision, values, and commitment to service excellence.
