The posting

Our client is a globally recognised operator of 5-star luxury integrated resorts in Macau, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and entertainment experiences. They are currently seeking an Image Ambassador responsible to ensure a high standard of guest relations is provided to all patrons.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Communications, Performing Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury retail, VIP customer service, or the casino/gaming industry.
  • Exceptional physical presentation, professional grooming, and high-standard personal maintenance aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Proven experience or strong aptitude in modelling, brand hosting, public relations, or live performance/entertainment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a refined, engaging, and welcoming personality.
  • Professional skills in hair styling, makeup application, and basic stage or dance performance are highly advantageous.
  • Excellent command of spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin (Putonghua) and Cantonese is a strong advantage to accommodate regional guests.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings, as required by casino and resort operations.
  • Height, physical appearance, and grooming standards must meet the specific aesthetic guidelines of the resort's luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the official brand ambassador, welcoming and engaging VIP guests, high-net-worth patrons, and resort visitors with exceptional warmth, poise, and elegance.
  • Maintain impeccable personal appearance, professional grooming, and wardrobe styling in strict accordance with the resort's luxury brand standards at all times.
  • Actively host and animate VIP gaming areas, luxury lounges, special promotional events, and high-profile resort functions to elevate the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the casino marketing, VIP services, and entertainment teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and media appearances.
  • Deliver personalized guest service, building rapport with international and regional patrons while adhering to strict privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform basic hosting, basic dance routines, or staged interactions as required during resort activations, special entertainment showcases, and gaming floor promotions.
  • Ensure seamless communication with non-English speaking guests by utilizing multilingual skills (Mandarin/Cantonese) to deliver customized, culturally attentive hospitality.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of resort facilities, gaming offerings, dining venues, and event schedules to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion, diplomacy, and a high level of problem-solving finesse, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Participate in regular training programs covering brand standards, guest service excellence, grooming updates, and cross-departmental operations.
