Wat ga je doen

Als Installatiecoördinator bij Hurks in Eindhoven ben je vanaf de initiatieffase betrokken bij woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten. Je adviseert over installatietechnische keuzes, beoordeelt aanbiedingen en zorgt ervoor dat Hurks met de juiste installatiepartners aan tafel zit.

Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor ontwikkelaars, projectteams, adviseurs en installateurs. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar techniek, maar juist ook naar kosten, kwaliteit, risico's en uitvoerbaarheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Adviseren over de scope en optimalisatie van werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties.
  • Beoordelen van installatieconcepten voor woningbouw- en utiliteitsprojecten.
  • Maken van kostenafwegingen en toetsen van begrotingen van E- en W-installaties.
  • Screenen en beoordelen van aanbiedingen van installateurs op marktconformiteit.
  • Sparren met adviseurs en installatiepartners om tot de meest efficiënte en economisch aantrekkelijke integrale oplossing bouw-en installatietechniek voor Hurks te komen.
  • Meedenken over de selectie van installatiepartners tijdens tender- en offertetrajecten.
  • Ondersteunen van projectteams bij installatietechnische vraagstukken gedurende de realisatie.
  • Signaleren van risico's, kansen en optimalisaties binnen projecten.
  • Mogelijk ondersteunen bij de aansturing en coördinatie van installateurs op lopende projecten, zodat kwaliteit, planning en kosten beter beheersbaar blijven.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, richting HIT, Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde;
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen de installatietechniek;
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring opgedaan bij een installatiebedrijf;
  • Kennis van zowel werktuigbouwkundige als elektrotechnische installaties;
  • Ervaring met calculaties, kostenbeoordelingen is een pré;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor adviseurs, installateurs en interne stakeholders;
  • Je bent analytisch, kritisch en weet commerciële afwegingen te maken;
  • Je kunt schakelen tussen strategisch meedenken en praktisch handelen.

Wat je van ons krijgt

  • Salaris van € 3.600 .- tot € 5.200- bruto per 4 weken (€ 3..900- € 5.633,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband);
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, dat eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
  • Een sterk pakket secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals een standaardverzekering van alle werknemersrisico's, pensioenregelingen, een extra aanvulling bij arbeidsongeschiktheid;
  • Een laptop en een smartphone;
  • Je kunt kiezen tussen een elektrische leaseauto of het gebruik van je eigen auto, waarbij je een vaste vergoeding en een kilometervergoeding ontvangt;
