Wat ga je doen

Als Adviseur Duurzaamheid werk je binnen Ballast Nedam Large Infra vanuit onze locaties in Gorinchem en Utrecht. Een belangrijk deel van je tijd ben je aanwezig op het project A27 Houten-Hooipolder, waar je samen met projectteams, bouwpartners en collega-specialisten werkt aan het realiseren van onze duurzaamheidsambities.

In deze rol draag je bij aan de uitvoering en verdere concretisering van duurzaamheidsplannen die tijdens de tenderfase zijn opgesteld. Je helpt ervoor te zorgen dat maatregelen rondom emissieloos materieel, CO₂-reductie, circulariteit, MKI en LCA succesvol worden toegepast en gemonitord. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende disciplines binnen het project en krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied duurzaamheid.

Je vertaalt duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen naar praktische oplossingen op de bouwplaats, verzamelt en analyseert relevante data en ondersteunt projectteams bij het behalen van de afgesproken doelstellingen. Zo lever je een zichtbare bijdrage aan één van de grootste infrastructuurprojecten van Nederland.

Naast je werkzaamheden op de A27 Houten-Hooipolder kun je, afhankelijk van de projectbehoefte en jouw ervaring, ook betrokken worden bij andere projecten binnen Ballast Nedam Large Infra. Hierdoor doe je brede ervaring op en draag je actief bij aan de verdere verduurzaming van onze projecten.

Een samenvatting van jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van projectteams over duurzaamheidsvraagstukken binnen scope 1, 2 en 3;
  • Monitoren van prestaties op het gebied van CO₂-reductie, MKI, circulariteit en duurzaam materieel;
  • Bijdragen aan de implementatie van initiatieven rondom emissieloos materieel, laadinfra en energiemanagement;
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en bewaken van LCA-berekeningen en MKI-rapportages;
  • Meewerken aan circulaire oplossingen en initiatieven gericht op afvalreductie;
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders om duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen te realiseren;
  • Verzamelen van praktijkervaringen en deze delen met andere projectteams om continu te verbeteren.

Wat breng jij mee

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen duurzaamheid, infrastructuur, bouw of techniek;
  • Interesse in en ervaring met duurzaamheidsvraagstukken binnen projecten of projectorganisaties;
  • Basiskennis van thema’s zoals emissieloos materieel, elektrificatie, laadinfrastructuur en energiemanagement, of de ambitie om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen;
  • Kennis van of ervaring met CO₂-reductie, MKI en LCA-methodieken;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders;
  • Een proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding, waarbij je ook weet wanneer je collega's moet betrekken;
  • Organisatietalent en doorzettingsvermogen om duurzaamheidsinitiatieven daadwerkelijk verder te brengen;
  • Nieuwsgierigheid, leergierigheid en de ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het duurzaamheidsvakgebied.
