Wat ga je doen?

Als Investment Analist werk je direct samen met ons investeringsteam en vergaar je praktische ervaring in vastgoedinvesteringen, financiële structuren en strategische beslissingen op het hoogste niveau.

Je bent actief betrokken in het evalueren en uitvoeren van vastgoedinvesteringen over onze omvangrijke en snelgroeiende ontwikkelportefeuille. Vanaf de eerste dag zal je bijdragen aan echte projecten en het investeringsteam ondersteunen in het maken van weloverwogen investeringsbeslissingen.

Investment Analist:

  • Assisteren in het onderschrijven van nieuwe acquisities en ontwikkelingen
  • Creëren en onderhouden van financiële modellen
  • Uitvoeren van markt- en concurrentieanalyses
  • Ondersteunen van onderzoek, inclusief het beoordelen van technische, juridische en commerciële documentatie
  • Voorbereiden van investeringsmemo’s en presentaties voor intern akkoord Investment Management:
  • Ondersteuning bij het bijhouden en optimaliseren van beleggingsresultaten
  • Ondersteunen bij het vernieuwen van business plans en budgetten
  • Analyseren van verhuurprestaties en samenstelling van huidige huurdersbestand
  • Bijhouden en beoordelen van operationele KPI’s en servicekostenstructuren
  • Onderhouden van relaties met vastgoedbeheerders, adviseurs en overige stakeholders Algemeen:
  • Voorbereiden van documentatie voor rapportages en interne vergaderingen
  • Ondersteunen van projectdata en documentatie
  • Bijdragen aan ad-hoc analyses over verschillende projecten
  • Omzet analyses voor verschillende projecten en producttypes

Wat breng jij mee

Wij zoeken een zeer gemotiveerde analist om ons team te versterken bij huidige acquisities, ontwikkelingen en activiteiten omtrent investeringsbeheer.

  • Master student of laatste jaar bachelor student in Finance, Real Estate, Economics of Business Administration
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en interesse in vastgoedinvesteringen
  • Comfortabel met Microsoft Excel, ervaring met financieel modelleren is een pré
  • Sterke communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig en als onderdeel van een team te werken
