Als Planner bij Hurks in Eindhoven zorg je voor overzicht en structuur in complexe bouwprojecten. Met jouw planningen geef je projectteams inzicht in de voorbereiding, uitvoering en inzet van mensen, zodat projecten beheerst en volgens planning gerealiseerd kunnen worden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opstellen, bewaken en actualiseren van projectplanningen voor bouwprojecten.
  • Uitwerken van integrale planningen voor de werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en inzet van UTA-medewerkers.
  • Ondersteunen van tender- en projectteams met realistische scenario's en haalbare doorlooptijden.
  • Signaleren van planningsrisico's, knelpunten en kansen en hierover adviseren richting projectteams.
  • Afstemmen van planningen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en andere betrokken disciplines.
  • Opstellen van voorbereidingsschema's met benodigde procedures, besluitvormingsmomenten en levertijden.
  • Monitoren van de voortgang en verwerken van wijzigingen gedurende de projectuitvoering.
  • Vastleggen en verwerken van ervaringsgegevens en evaluaties ter verbetering van toekomstige projecten.

Wat breng jij mee

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde, of Technische Bedrijfskunde;
  • Ervaring met projectplanning binnen een projectmatige omgeving;
  • Kennis van planningsmethodieken en software zoals Microsoft Project, Primavera of vergelijkbaar;
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een goed gevoel voor processen en projectfasering;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en weet prioriteiten te stellen;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Een salaris van € 3.600 .- tot € 5.200- bruto per 4 weken (€ 3..900- € 5.633,- bruto per maand) op basis van een fulltime dienstverband);
  • Je krijgt naast je salaris een vast bedrag voor duurzame inzetbaarheid die eraan bijdraagt om gezond te blijven (2,3% volgens cao Bouw & Infra);
  • 43 vrije dagen volgens de cao Bouw & Infra. Van deze dagen worden er 13 uitbetaald in je individuele budget, je kunt ervoor kiezen om deze dagen terug te kopen;
  • Je kunt kiezen tussen een elektrische leaseauto of het gebruik van je eigen auto, waarbij je een vaste vergoeding en een kilometervergoeding ontvangt;
  • Jouw ontwikkeling doet ertoe. Met Grow, ons leer- en ontwikkelplatform, krijg je alle ruimte om te werken aan je persoonlijke en professionele ambities;
  • Veel afwisseling en vrijheid in je functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid;
  • Werken aan uitdagende en afwisselende bouwprojecten;
  • 1 week verplichte bouwvakvakantie, overige vrije dagen kunnen met uitzondering van de vastgestelde landelijke feestdagen vrij worden ingepland;
  • Je kunt deelnemen aan diverse (sport) activiteiten en initiatieven, zoals zomerevents, padel toernooien, het Young Professionals-programma voor jouw ontwikkeling en Hurks Helpt, een initiatief waarmee je de kans krijgt om naast je werk iets terug te doen voor de maatschappij.
