🎯 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Análise Estruturada e Complexa: Analisar operações de crédito corporativo de alto valor e maior complexidade (médio e grande porte).
  • Avaliação Financeira e Societária: Realizar a leitura minuciosa de grupos econômicos, estruturas societárias, balanços, demonstrativos financeiros, empresas correlatas, sócios e garantidores.
  • Pareceres de Crédito: Elaborar pareceres técnicos fundamentados para subsidiar a tomada de decisão em comitês de crédito.
  • Mitigação de Riscos: Avaliar e validar as garantias imobiliárias associadas às operações, garantindo a saúde e qualidade da carteira.
  • Atuação Consultiva e Colaborativa: Compartilhar conhecimento e boas práticas com o time, auxiliando no desenvolvimento contínuo da equipe.

🧩 O que buscamos em você:

Formação:

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis.
  • Desejável pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Finanças, Controladoria, Gestão de Riscos ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inteligência artitificial.

Competências Técnicas:

  • Análise de crédito corporativo e operações de alto valor.
  • Análise contábil e financeira avançada.
  • Domínio de indicadores de liquidez, rentabilidade, endividamento, alavancagem e geração de caixa.
  • Conhecimento de SCR e demais fontes de informação utilizadas na análise de risco.
  • Análise de grupos econômicos e estruturas societárias.
  • Avaliação de garantias;
  • Conhecimento de políticas e metodologias de crédito e gestão de risco.
  • Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de BI e bases de dados financeiras.

Competências comportamentais:

  • Análise crítica: autonomia, capacidade investigativa e julgamento técnico.
  • Tomada de decisão: segurança para sustentar posicionamentos e avaliar riscos.
