🚀 Sobre o desafio: Nosso time de Pessoas & Cultura está crescendo e buscamos um(a) Talent Acquisition com DNA "mão na massa", mindset analítico e foco absoluto na qualidade dos talentos. Sua missão ao chegar será elevar a nossa régua e dar ritmo ao fechamento das vagas de maior complexidade do Grupo, focando em Tecnologia, Negócios e Liderança. Com visão de negócio e forte poder de networking, você aplicará inteligência artificial e técnicas avançadas de atração para otimizar o dia a dia, garantindo uma jornada fluida de ponta a ponta e atuando em sinergia com o time nas demandas táticas de Backoffice e Comercial.

🎯 Suas responsabilidades e atribuições serão:

  • Ciclo Completo e Multidisciplinar (End-to-End): Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, focado(a) no fechamento de perfis complexos de Tecnologia (IA, Data, Product, Engenharia e etc) e posições de Liderança, atuando também na condução de vagas estratégicas de Backoffice e Comercial.
  • Networking, Sourcing Avançado e IA: Alavancar sua forte influência e ampla rede de contatos para realizar o hunting de perfis de difícil atração. Você terá autonomia para explorar ferramentas de automação e Inteligência Artificial para dar tração e otimizar etapas.
  • Atuação Consultiva: Atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) da liderança, ajudando a calibrar a régua técnica e comportamental, alinhando expectativas e atuando ativamente para eliminar vieses de seleção.
  • Gestão Orientada a Dados: Acompanhar, analisar e reportar KPIs de Atração & Seleção (SLA, Time-to-fill, Funil de Conversão e Qualidade de Contratação), gerando planos de ação baseados em dados para dar vazão às vagas.
  • Experiência do Candidato: Garantir uma régua de relacionamento transparente, com feedbacks constantes e excelência na comunicação de ponta a ponta.
  • Gestão Operacional no ATS: Organizar todas as etapas na plataforma Quickin, desde a criação da vaga e gestão de candidatos até o envio da proposta e acompanhamento do onboarding.
  • Inovação e Employer Branding: Propor melhorias para modernizar a jornada do candidato e participar de iniciativas, feiras e eventos para fortalecer a nossa marca empregadora.

🧩 O que buscamos em você:

  • Experiência consolidada, conduzindo o ciclo completo de Atração e Seleção.
  • Forte repertório e vivência no fechamento de vagas de alta complexidade técnica e de liderança.
  • Experiência complementar conduzindo vagas táticas e operacionais de Backoffice e Comercial.
  • Domínio de técnicas de hunting ativo e familiaridade com o uso de IA aplicada à atração de talentos.
  • Perfil analítico (data-driven), focado no acompanhamento de funil e cumprimento rigoroso de SLAs.
  • Postura consultiva e excelente comunicação para dialogar, negociar e direcionar gestores.
  • Vivência prática com gestão de processos em sistemas de ATS (preferencialmente Quickin).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em regime CLT.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em ambientes de crescimento acelerado (scale-up, tech, serviços).
  • Atuação prévia com dados de R&S e construção de dashboards/relatórios.
  • Participação em projetos de Employer Branding ou programas de talentos.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis aplicadas a People/Talent Acquisition.
