Baron Philippe de Rothschild S.A., Société de production et de négoce de vins de grande notoriété, recherche un(e)

Chargé(e) d'Administration des ventes F/H CDI , basé à Saint-Polycarpe (11).

Au sein de l'équipe administrative de Domaine de Baronarques, vos missions principales seront, entre autres, les suivantes :

  • Générer les commandes (Livrables, matières sèches, interne, etc.), saisir l'enregistrement des commandes dans SAP, contrôle de la faisabilité, demande de cotation, suivi des stocks, inventaires ;
  • Assurer le suivi des expéditions des commandes avec le département logistique ;
  • Création et émission des documents douaniers ;
  • Mettre à jour les reportings de suivi ;
  • Etre l'interlocuteur/interlocutrice privilégié(e) pour les différentes équipes techniques viti-vinicoles pour les mises en marché et les commandes spécifiques ;
  • Prendre en charge l’archivage, la mise sous pli et le classement des dossiers ;
  • Missions administratives du quotidien telles que la tenue du standard, accueil, ouverture et distribution du courrier, contact avec les partenaires locaux, etc.

Cette liste n'est pas exhaustive et suivant le profil des missions commerciales pourront vous être confiées. Vous serez amené(e) à vous déplacer au siège social de la Société Baron Philippe de Rothschild à Pauillac (33) entre 2 à 4 fois par an, en moyenne. Ce poste est ouvert dans le cadre d'un départ à la retraite avec idéalement une période de passation à partir de mi-août/septembre 2026.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • De formation BAC+2 à BAC+5 en Administration et/ou en Gestion Commerciale, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie sur des missions ADV ou vente ou en œnotourisme, idéalement dans le secteur viticole ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et plus particulièrement Excel. La connaissance de SAP et la documentation export seront de vrais atouts pour votre candidature ;
  • Doté(e) d’une grande rigueur et d’un bon relationnel, vous appréciez le travail d’équipe et la polyvalence. Vous êtes organisé(e) et savez gérer efficacement plusieurs sujets en parallèle, tout en faisant preuve de réactivité et de discrétion dans le traitement de vos dossiers ;
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités financières et de confidentialité qui incombent à votre fonction et vous souhaitez vous y investir pleinement.
