Gestionnaire Supply Chain - Stocks & Données H/F en CDI basé à Saint-Laurent-Médoc.

Au sein de l'équipe Flux Amonts basée au Centre Vinicole de Mouton Cadet, vous serez l'interface des services commerciaux, production et approvisionnement et vous contribuerez à la disponibilité des produits, à la maîtrise des stocks et à la fiabilité des données qui alimentent notre ERP (SAP).

Ce poste offre une vision transverse de l'activité et un rôle clé dans l'anticipation des besoins et la performance de la Supply Chain.

VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

Analyse et pilotage des stocks

  • Analyser les ventes, prévisions, référencements et informations commerciales afin de fournir des données fiables aux processus Supply Chain avec des données fiables ;
  • Suivre les niveaux de stocks de produits finis et semi-finis et identifier les risques de rupture ou de surstock ;
  • Assurer la gestion des stocks concernés dans SAP ;
  • Déployer les évolutions de gammes, produits et packagings définies par le service Marketing ;
  • Intégrer, dans vos analyses, les opérations commerciales et promotionnelles en cours et à venir ;
  • Informer les approvisionneurs matières sèches des évolutions impactant les besoins d'approvisionnement.

Gestion des données produits

  • Créer les nouveaux articles dans SAP ;
  • Renseigner et maintenir les recettes et nomenclatures ;
  • Mettre à jour les données de référence et garantir leur cohérence et leur fiabilité.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Diplômé(e) Bac+2 à Bac +3 en gestion administrative, Supply Chain ou équivalent, vous avez idéalement entre 2 et 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle réussie sur des missions similaires et dans un environnement industriel exigeant tel que l'agroalimentaire, la cosmétique, la pharmaceutique ou équivalent ;
  • Votre maîtrisez le Pack Office, et notamment Excel, La connaissance d'un ERP de type SAP constitue un atout ;
  • A l’aise avec les chiffres, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation, votre fiabilité et votre autonomie ;
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et les interactions avec des interlocuteurs variés ;
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités qui incombent à votre fonction et vous vous engagez pleinement à les respecter.
