Chargé(e) de recrutement & formation F/H CDD de Janv/Sept. basé à Pauillac.

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement pour congé maternité, vous accompagnez les managers et les collaborateurs sur les sujets recrutement, formation et développement RH, au contact de métiers variés allant de la vigne aux fonctions support et managériales.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Ressources Humaines, vous intervenez sur un périmètre diversifié comprenant le recrutement de profils permanents, alternants, saisonniers et vendangeurs, le déploiement du plan de développement des compétences et la réalisation des entretiens de parcours professionnel.

Vos principales responsabilités

RECRUTEMENT CDI, SAISONNIERS ET VENDANGEURS

  • Piloter l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les postes permanents : définition du besoin, sourcing, conduite des entretiens, accompagnement des managers, proposition salariale, promesse d'embauche et coordination administrative jusqu'à l'intégration.
  • Coordonner l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et l'organisation de leur première journée.
  • Piloter la campagne annuelle de recrutement en CDD de 50 saisonniers et de plus de 230 vendangeurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de recrutement.
  • Participer activement au développement de la marque employeur et à l'animation du site carrière.

FORMATION

  • Coordonner le déploiement du plan de développement des compétences en lien avec l'Assistante RH et l'Animatrice Santé Sécurité.
  • Assurer les relations avec les organismes de formation, la logistique des sessions et le suivi administratif associé.
  • Réaliser le suivi budgétaire et suivre les indicateurs de formation.

ENTRETIENS DE PARCOURS PROFESSIONNEL

  • Organiser et conduire les entretiens de parcours professionnel prévus sur l'exercice.
  • Réaliser les synthèses, suivre les échéances réglementaires et accompagner les plans d'actions associés.

RECRUTEMENT DES ALTERNANTS & STAGIAIRES

  • Piloter les recrutements des alternants et stagiaires.
  • Assurer les relations avec les écoles, CFA et OPCO ainsi que le suivi administratif des contrats et conventions.

Votre profil

  • Diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines ou en Commerce, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans le recrutement ou sur une fonction RH généraliste à dominante recrutement.
  • Vous avez idéalement évolué dans un environnement de recrutement volumique et savez gérer simultanément plusieurs missions et interlocuteurs.
  • Reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre aisance relationnelle et votre autonomie, vous savez créer une relation de confiance avec des publics variés, du vendangeur au cadre dirigeant.
  • Véritable ambassadeur(rice) de la marque employeur, vous appréciez les missions de terrain et les environnements dynamiques.
  • À l'aise avec les outils digitaux, vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et avez idéalement déjà utilisé un ATS, un site carrière et des outils de reporting.
  • Votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et votre goût du travail bien fait vous permettent de mener de front plusieurs sujets tout en garantissant une expérience de qualité aux candidats, aux collaborateurs et aux client internes.
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités confidentielles qui incombent à votre fonction et vous vous engagez pleinement à les respecter.
