  • Zukunft digitalisieren: Du gibst der Automatisierung neuen Drive, entwickelst moderne KPI-Dashboards weiter und führst neue BI-Tools ein.
  • Impulse setzen: Mit analytischem Scharfsinn lieferst du dem Management verlässliche Entscheidungsvorlagen und meisterst strategische Sonderprojekte in der Hotelbranche.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Controlling mit und hast echte Freude daran, ein motiviertes Team zu coachen und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation), fundierte Kenntnisse im modernen Controlling (HGB/IFRS) sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in der Hotellerie.
  • Du liebst es, Prozesse zu optimieren, besitzt exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse und brennst darauf, die Digitalisierung unserer Finance-Systeme voranzutreiben.
  • Du agierst als souveräner Sparringspartner, triffst mit Begeisterung und Durchsetzungsvermögen klare Entscheidungen und arbeitest hochgradig selbstständig.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Wort und Schrift auf Englisch und Deutsch.
