Waarom bbn adviseurs?

Bij bbn adviseurs werken we aan spraakmakende projecten zoals het Nationaal Militair Museum, Sportcomplex Willem Alexander, Wageningen Universiteit en ING Acanthus. Onze opdrachtenportefeuille groeit en daarom zoeken we een ervaren adviseur die samen met ons impact wil maken in de wereld van vastgoed en installatietechniek.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig leiden van technische advies- en uitvoeringsprojecten op het gebied van elektrotechnische (E) en/of werktuigbouwkundige (W) installaties. Jij bent de expert op het gebied van gebouwgebonden installaties en zorgt ervoor dat opdrachtgevers grip krijgen op hun vastgoed.

Jouw rol is strategisch en technisch, waarbij je:

  • Strategische onderhouds- en verduurzamingsplannen opstelt voor gebouwgebonden installaties met een toekomstgerichte visie.
  • Technisch advies geeft over werktuigbouwkundige (W) en/of elektrotechnische (E) installaties in bestaande bouw.
  • Opdrachtgevers adviseert bij aanbestedingstrajecten voor langlopende onderhoudscontracten.
  • Installatievraagstukken vertaalt naar praktische en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Collega’s begeleidt en kennis deelt via trainingen en presentaties en tijdens inspecties.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een analytische en resultaatgerichte adviseur met een passie voor duurzaam vastgoed en installatietechniek die zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed functioneert.Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en toont ondernemerschap binnen je werk. Omdat het vakgebied installatietechniek zich snel ontwikkelt, is het belangrijk dat je op de hoogte bent van actuele trends en wetgeving, en deze kunt vertalen naar doelgerichte adviezen.

Verder heb je:

✔ Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in installatietechniek (E en/of W) binnen de vastgoedsector;

✔ Kennis van energieprestaties, certificeringen, verduurzaming en wet- en regelgeving;

✔ Hbo- of wo-werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting;

✔ Ervaring met adviestrajecten, inspectiemethodieken en software applicaties in diverse vastgoedsegmenten;

✔ Het vermogen om projecten te coördineren en collega’s te inspireren.
