Van The Pulse en Wonderwoods tot scholen, zorg en overheidsopgaven: jij zorgt dat ambitieuze plannen financieel kloppen én toekomstbestendig zijn. Als Medior Kostenadviseur werk je in multidisciplinaire teams aan projecten in alle fasen, van initiatief tot aanbesteding en realisatie. Je verbindt kosten, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid en helpt opdrachtgevers slimme keuzes te maken.

In verband met een groei in ons orderportefeuille zoeken wij iemand die als (medior) kostenadviseur/manager (calculator) samen met de rest van het team van Bouwkostenmanagers (vanuit Houten, Amsterdam en Rotterdam) onze duurzame dromen waar gaat maken.

Ons aanbod

  • Sterke arbeidsvoorwaarden:Salarisindicatie medior: € 4.000 – € 5.000 bruto p/m o.b.v. 38 uur (afh. van ervaring). Winstdeling, internetvergoeding en periodieke gezondheidscheck. 28 vakantiedagen met optie om extra dagen bij te kopen.
  • Actieve personeelsvereniging met kennissessies en netwerkactiviteiten.
  • Medewerkersparticipatie in bbn/Oosterhoff – word mede‑eigenaar en bouw mee aan onze toekomst.

Jouw profiel

In deze functie is geen week hetzelfde. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende vraagstukken: van het adviseren van overheidsinstellingen tot het overtuigend presenteren van de meerwaarde van toekomstgerichte investeringen binnen commerciële projecten. Samen met opdrachtgevers denk je strategisch mee over de meest kostenefficiënte oplossingen om hun ambities te realiseren. Die afwisseling in projecten en focus op duurzaamheid maakt het werk dynamisch én impactvol.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (bijv. Bouwkunde, Bouwtechnische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar).
  • 3–6 jaar relevante ervaring als kostenadviseur, calculator of werkvoorbereider.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen, nauwkeurig, en je kunt je advies overtuigend overbrengen – mondeling én schriftelijk.
  • Affiniteit met duurzaamheid en de drive om prestaties meetbaar te maken.
  • Proactieve teamspeler: flexibel, leergierig en gewend om meerdere dossiers te balanceren.
