Beschik jij over een flinke dosis financiële kennis al enkele jaren werkervaring opgedaan of wil je graag als startend planeconoom bij bbn in Houten, Rotterdam of Amsterdam aan de slag?

Dan komen we graag met je in contact!

Financiële haalbaarheid is cruciaal voor het slagen van projecten. Of het nu gaat om woningbouw, gebiedsontwikkeling of maatschappelijk vastgoed, jij adviseert onze opdrachtgevers door te sturen op financiële haalbaarheid. Voor de business case maak je grondexploitaties, vastgoedexploitaties en residuele grondwaardeberekeningen. Het resultaat rapporteer je aan de opdrachtgever.

Je begeleidt of ondersteunt meerdere complexe projecten tegelijk. Waarbij je zelfstandig maar ook nauw samen werkt met je collega planeconomen, projectmanagers, bouwkostenmanagers of onderhoudsexperts. Je beheerst het rekenwerk, maar nog belangrijker: je weet de complexe materie op een eenvoudige manier uit te leggen aan de opdrachtgever.

Kortom, een uitdagende en veelzijdige functie waarbij je intern en extern een betekenisvolle rol gaat spelen.

Jouw kwaliteiten

  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden (schriftelijk en verbaal);
  • Je houdt ervan te onderhandelen en in te spelen op tegengestelde belangen van betrokkenen;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding, bent overtuigend en hebt doorzettingsvermogen;
  • Je houdt ervan om in een team samen te werken, bent analytisch, leergierig en je kunt makkelijk verbanden leggen;
  • Je beschikt over HBO/ WO werk- en denkniveau
