Jouw uitdaging

Als Adviseur Werktuigkundige Installaties adviseer je over gebouwgebonden technische installaties in alle fasen van het bouwproces – van initiatief tot en met uitvoering, oplevering en nazorg. Denk hierbij aan projecten in de sectoren onderwijs, zorg, overheid, sport, cultuur en commercieel vastgoed. Ook losstaande vraagstukken, zoals binnen klimaatproblematiek of verduurzamingsopgaven, vallen onder jouw scope.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

  • Opstellen van het technisch Programma van Eisen (PvE)
  • Beoordelen van installatieconcepten en ontwerpen
  • Vertalen van bevindingen naar duidelijke adviezen voor opdrachtgevers
  • Assisteren van collega’s directievoering & toezicht bij technische vraagstukken
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van ramingen en beoordelen van directiebegrotingen

Jouw Profiel:

Je bent technisch scherp, analytisch, denkt in oplossingen en behoudt altijd het overzicht en de grote lijn. Met jouw enthousiasme, overtuigingskracht en heldere communicatie neem je mensen mee in je ideeën. Je bent een echte teamplayer, bent zelf nooit uitgeleerd maar deelt ook jouw kennis en pakt door. Daarbij straal je vertrouwen uit, heb je oog voor duurzame innovatie en kan je optreden als vertrouwenspersoon van de opdrachtgever.

Wat je meebrengt

  • HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring - in een vergelijkbare rol bij een technisch adviesbureau óf als werkvoorbereider/projectleider bij een installateur
  • Kennis van en affiniteit met duurzame technieken en gebouwgebonden installaties
  • Ervaring met projecten - in utiliteitsbouw of vergelijkbare omgevingen is een pré
