Présentation de la Direction Générale et du service

  • La Direction générale des opérations et de la stabilité financière (DGSO) est en charge de : la stabilité financière, la mise en œuvre décentralisée en France de la politique monétaire de l'Eurosystème, la gestion des réserves de change de la France et des activités de marché, les opérations pour le compte de la clientèle institutionnelle.
  • La DRCO a vocation à fournir au Gouvernement de la Banque et à la DGSO une mesure indépendante des risques auxquels la Banque de France est confrontée dans la conduite de ses opérations et à proposer aux instances dirigeantes des dispositifs d’encadrement. Par ailleurs, elle contribue à la gestion des risques induits par les opérations de politique monétaire de l’Eurosystème.
  • Le SRMC instruit les dossiers présentés en Comité des risques et est composé de trois pôles : un pôle d'analyse des risques de marché, un pôle d'analyse des risques de crédit et un pôle modélisation.

Description de la mission

  • Analyser les différents acteurs dans le champ du contrôle des risques liés aux opérations de marché de la Banque de France : contreparties bancaires, clients, émetteurs.
  • Analyser les rapports financiers et institutionnels sur les entités concernées
  • Préparer des avis sur les demandes des métiers à destination des instances décisionnaires.
  • Participer à la conception et à l'évolution des outils d'évaluation des risques de crédit.
  • Suivre quotidiennement les risques de crédit et les demandes métiers.
  • Améliorer en continue le dispositif de gestion des risques financiers de la Banque.

Durée de la mission

  • Le poste est à pourvoir à partir du 1er janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois

Profil recherché:

Formation recherchée

  • Grande Ecole de Commerce ou d'Ingénieurs, Institut d'Etude Politique ou formation universitaire Bac+5
  • Spécialisation ou goût prononcé pour l’économie et l’analyse financière
  • Bonne connaissance des activités de marché et de crédit et de la macroéconomie.

Compétences

  • Forte qualité rédactionnelle
  • Capacité d'analyse financière et d'analyse économique
  • Maîtrise suite Office, VBA ou notions de code appréciées
  • Anglais professionnel oral et écrit
