L'Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) est chargée de contrôler le respect par les établissements du secteur bancaire et du secteur des assurances des dispositions législatives et réglementaires qui leur sont applicables et de veiller à la préservation de la stabilité du système financier ainsi qu'à la protection des clientèles.

Au sein de la Direction des Autorisations, le Service des Etablissements de Crédit et des Entreprises d'Investissement (SECEI), composé d'une vingtaine de personnes réparties en 2 pôles ("Autorisations" et "FAP & Référentiels"), est en charge de l'instruction des demandes d'autorisation de EC et des EI, ainsi que de l'évaluation des dirigeants de ces établissements.

Sous la conduite de son responsable vous contribuerez aux activités du pôle du pôle "Fit and Proper", à savoir :

- instruire l'évaluation des dirigeants et des membres des organes délibérants;

- analyser, en lien avec le pôle "Autorisations", les sujets de gouvernance liés aux demandes d'autorisation en cours et/ou décidées;

- participer aux travaux d'évolution de la réglementation concernant la gouvernance et les critères de "Fit & Proper";

- participer à des projets transverses avec d'autres services de l'ACPR ou la BCE.

Bac + 4 droit / gestion / économie

Compétences :

Bon niveau d’anglais, connaissance de l'environnement bancaire et financier

Qualités :

Rigueur et organisation, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, aisance rédactionnelle.
