La Direction Générale des Statistiques, des Études et de l'International (DGSEI) a pour missions principales de contribuer à alimenter la prise de décision du gouvernement de la Banque de France en matière monétaire et financière, élaborer et diffuser les positions de la Banque de France en matière de stabilité monétaire et financière et exploiter, analyser et diffuser des statistiques dans un grand nombre de domaines (statistiques monétaires et financières, enquête de conjoncture, balance des paiements). Au sein de la Direction des Statistiques Monétaires et Financières (DSMF) de la DGSEI, le Service d'Analyse des Financements Nationaux a pour missions de collecter, analyser et diffuser les statistiques françaises sur les prêts bancaires, l'épargne et le patrimoine des ménages.

Rattaché(e) au pôle "Statistiques Nationales", vous serez en charge, entre autres, des travaux relatifs à l'épargne réglementée et au calcul des taux réglementés. Vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble des activités du pôle, de la collecte à l’analyse, avec un accent particulier sur la mise en valeur des productions du pôle.

Vous aurez notamment pour missions de :

  • Prendre en charge la collecte statistique sur l’épargne réglementée et assurer la mise en qualité des données ainsi que les relations avec les déclarants ;
  • Participer à la rédaction du rapport annuel sur l'épargne réglementée et assurer la coordination entre les intervenants internes et externes ;
  • Proposer et rédiger des analyses statistiques à partir des productions internes ou externes au service ;
  • Participer, au sein de l’équipe, à la production du calcul des taux réglementés ;
  • Contribuer aux travaux relatifs à la collecte territoriale sur les dépôts et les crédits (CEFIT).

Profil recherché:

Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (Master 2, école d’ingénieur, Sciences Po, école de commerce ou formation équivalente) avec une spécialisation en économie, économétrie, statistiques ou dans un domaine quantitatif connexe.

Connaissance d'un programme statistique (SAS, R ou Python)

Intérêt pour les travaux de production et d'analyse statistique

Autonomie et réactivité

Aisance rédactionnelle et capacité d'analyse

Aptitude à travailler en équipe

Anglais niveau Intermédiaire avancé

Une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de l’économie, des statistiques ou de l’analyse de données serait appréciée.
